First time doing laundry here today. I accidentally swiped my card more than once so I went to ask for help. Joyce helped me out and got it all worked out. Really great customer service from her. Her energy was amazing and very welcoming. Will definitely be back. Thanks Joyce!

Excellent experience! Vaughn was particularly helpful in getting me set up with a payment card and making sure I knew how to work the machines. Super relaxed atmosphere with LOADS of machines for all sizes of, well…loads. Got a parking spot right out front too. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my first time at Luxe Laundries on Western and very clean facilities and lots of different sized washers which is super helpful for those weeks where laundry piles up. I came in the morning time between 7 and 8 AM and it was just my fiancé and I doing our laundry. Morning on Thursday seems like a great time to come 🙌

Super clean laundromat with tons of open machines and all the supplies you need. They also offer wash and fold services. Joyce was extra helpful when the machines were not registering my card, and allowed me to pay at the counter then used the master card to start the machines. Seriously so kind!! 10/10 experience - will definitely be back with my next big laundry job!

I absolutely love this laundromat, It’s the only one i go to even though it’s a little far from me now that i’ve moved. It’s always very clean and well attended! Joyce is so welcoming and always asking customers if they need anything! You can tell she really takes pride in her work!

Luxe Laundries on Western Avenue has become my local laundromat where I wash & dry my clothes every month. If you need anything, just ask Joyce! She’s the friendly, polite team member. Use your Luxe Laundries card to upgrade your regular washing to a super wash for only $2.00 or top off your dryer for only $0.25.

The machines were a bit more than I've paid at some other mats, but it was quiet, extremely clean, offered a variety of sizes for loads, and had a place to purchase/fill water. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place in this area to do laundry, highly recommend.

I ended up at this laundromat by random choice and I’m glad I did, because I left my wallet and Joyce made it so easy for me to get my washers started and I could tap pay at the front desk. It is also very clean, bright and airy unlike most laundromats. Place is well kept, no crowd and the machines are all in good condition! If I lived closer it would be “my spot.” Thanks Joyce! And don’t forget your physical card people!
